New Release - Passiona, PNG Baroida Estate Natural

We have a newbie in town. This coffee is the Natural process of an earlier winning PNG from Baroida Estate, with all the spunk, funk and punk you could wish for!

Named for a spirit living in a large, steadfast river rock, Baroida estate consistently produces some of the highest quality coffee from Papua New Guinea.

Thanks to meticulous separation for quality control, the high quality of this estate coffee shines through with a great acidity and mouthfeel. In addition to the meticulous separation for quality control, the Anaerobic fermentation utilized in this lot makes for a bright, creamy coffee that tastes like key lime pie with fresh berries.  

We are loving this PNG, it's the definition of 'moreish' taste it and you'll see what we mean!
