We’re a quirky bunch from the backstreets, who are known for surprising everyone with cool products, top service and bloody brilliant coffee. Oh and we love dogs. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

CASUAL BARISTA

Love patting dogs and pouring swans? Read on.

Position

We're after a barista for our coffee bar at the Groundskeeper Willie roastery. 

We're open Monday - Friday and service an epic community.of coffee nerds, business owners, dog and kid parents, locals and just great people all round. 

About you

While we've trained up several juniors in the past, we're looking for a seasoned barista this round. Oh, and good banter and good taste in music is a must. 

Hours

We've got a fairly flexible roster, so let us know what days work for you!

We're only open Monday to Friday, so no weekend work here. 

We pay fairly based on award and experience with plenty of perks along the way.  

Grow

We'll provide training and ongoing education to grow your passion in specialty coffee. If you're after a career in coffee, even better! We can get you exposure to as much barista work, cupping and even coffee roasting and sourcing if you like. 

We run our own race here and do very little that's considered normal. If you’re interested, we’ll do our best to get you involved and create opportunities for you to grow and learn.
