A story of legacy and collaboration. Eduardo's father began his career in coffee production in another region of Santa Barbara, Honduras. Eduardo grew up working alongside his father on the coffee farms and Eduardo inherited his father's properties 7 years ago. With the help of some specialty coffee-producing neighbours, he decided to plant more Parainema coffee.
Eduardo continues working hard in honour of the legacy that his father created and left to him. He hopes to secure a permanent market for his coffee, with the longing for his children to continue the family legacy in years to come.
